Ad Strategies is now hiring a Senior Account Manager with a strong client service acumen to provide bespoke marketing support and account management to our employer branding and recruitment marketing clients.

A leader within the agency, as the Senior Account Manager you will refine our client management and engagement processes to support the overall team's success. In other words: you’ll help us know better, do better, and be better on behalf of the enterprise and Fortune 500 clients we serve.

Compensation:
Base salary of $75,000 - 85,000 plus quarterly bonus. Due to the nature of this role, your compensation may be significantly increased based on bonuses.

To thrive in this role, you must be able to:

  • Manage large, multi-faceted client projects autonomously and in team settings.
  • Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy based on knowledge of client goals, market characteristics, and other influencing factors.
  • Visit clients at their location and travel occasionally.
  • Drive performance reporting that effectively tells the story of full-funnel recruitment marketing campaigns and their business impact.
  • Present projects, ideas, and strategies with confidence and authority to clients in person and via Zoom meetings.
  • Build dashboards and presentations for marketing programs that highlight performance on key metrics and insights for optimizations.
  • Navigate Applicant Tracking Systems like iCIMs, Workday, etc., and understand how they can impact successful marketing campaigns.
  • Work with our strategy, data analyst, and marketing project management team and clients to define campaign success, suggest media and brand solutions, track results, and provide regular updates to clients.

As the Senior Account Manager, you will:

  • Be on Zoom a lot, but you’re cool with that because relationship building is your jam.
  • Develop and edit copy in collaboration with the agency copywriting team.
  • Analyze the customer journey across an integrated marketing campaign and recommend optimization strategies.
  • Lead our production teams through the design and build of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns inclusive of websites, email, and paid media components.
  • Develop and maintain positive vendor/media relationships.
  • Manage project scope to ensure projects are completed according to schedule, expectations, and within budget.
  • Lead teams to success and manage/delegate tasks effectively.
  • Engage in projects that support/advance the agency initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders with diplomacy and tact.
  • Leverage insights and data to identify ways to grow revenue, customer engagement, and conversion.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, communications, public relations, or related.
  • Minimum three (3) years’ experience required in marketing, advertising, communications, PR, or related field, preferably in recruitment marketing.
  • Proficient in using Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint; willingness and ability to learn and utilize new systems/tools as needed. Experience using PowerPoint to create clean, client-ready slide decks.
  • Capable of drawing correlations between performance data from multiple sources to align with client marketing objectives (i.e. email engagement data, paid search data, social data, web engagement data).
  • Demonstrated experience with end-to-end campaign execution, including strategy design, deploying campaigns with careful segmentation, and monitoring and reporting results.

We’re looking for an experienced account manager with:

  • A solid understanding of recruitment marketing best practices.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and facilitation skills to execute projects and positively influence collaborators.
  • An extreme comfort level being client-facing, presenting to and receiving feedback from client stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail and follow-through; strong prioritization and time-management skills.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, iterative, deadline-driven environment. You gotta keep up!
  • Experience working with clients to set full-funnel Key Performance Indicators and developing reports that match back to those benchmarks.
  • A love of learning and the desire to embody a sense of curiosity and innovation.
